S&rsquo;ils sont la plupart du temps b\u00e9nins, ils n&rsquo;en sont pas moins g\u00eanants, voire handicapants pour celui ou celle qui en p\u00e2ti (douleurs, gonflements, hypersensibilit\u00e9 des jambes, impatiences). En mettant en place quelques petites habitudes dans son quotidien, il est n\u00e9anmoins possible de booster une circulation veineuse un peu fain\u00e9ante. Attardez-vous sur cette zone riche en ganglions lymphatiques afin de les stimuler.<\/strong> Redescendez ensuite le jet d&rsquo;eau froide, lentement le long de la jambe jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la cheville. Renouvelez cette op\u00e9ration avec une eau plus chaude (mais pas trop chaude quand m\u00eame !) en alternance avec l&rsquo;eau froide \u00e0 chaque passage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour plus d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9, <strong>laissez ruisseler le jet d&rsquo;eau froide<\/strong> sur les cuisses pendant une minute ou deux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette m\u00e9thode peut \u00eatre renouvel\u00e9e autant de fois que n\u00e9cessaire : le matin avant d&rsquo;aller travailler ou le soir pour d\u00e9tendre ses jambes douloureuses, l&rsquo;eau fra\u00eeche pouvant faire des miracles \u00e0 plus d&rsquo;un titre (renforce les d\u00e9fenses immunitaires, lutte contre le stress, la gueule de bois ou encore la cellulite !).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note : \u00e9vitez les bains trop chauds qui dilatent les vaisseaux et augmentent les sensations de jambes lourdes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><em>Eau froide et circulation veineuse, les id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues : <\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement aux id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues, le jet d&rsquo;eau glac\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas le plus efficace pour relancer une circulation veineuse\/lymphatique paresseuse. L&rsquo;eau glac\u00e9e va venir contracter les vaisseaux de mani\u00e8re agressive, permettant effectivement un retour veineux rapide mais peu efficace sur la dur\u00e9e. <strong>Mieux vaut donc alterner avec une eau plus chaude pour faire un effet de pompe !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour prolonger les effets de l&rsquo;eau froide sur la circulation veineuse, <strong>pensez \u00e0 masser vos jambes \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un gel ou d&rsquo;une cr\u00e8me fra\u00eecheur <\/strong>aux actifs reconnus pour drainer et am\u00e9liorer la circulation.
