Ca ne vous dit rien ? Laissez-nous vous tenter&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des fruits et l\u00e9gumes de saison<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adoptez le bon rythme : Janvier n&rsquo;est pas le mois des fraises, ni celui des abricots. En revanche, vous trouverez des bananes, ananas, kiwis, dates et cresson \u00e0 foison ! Et \u00e7a tombe bien, parce-qu&rsquo;ils sont au coeur de notre recette.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 5 minutes !<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Du vert\u00a0pour un\u00a0petit dej\u00a0detox post-f\u00eates<\/h2>\n<p>Sortez votre blender et versez-y :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10 centilitres de <strong>lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal<\/strong> (le lait d&rsquo;amande donnera un petit go\u00fbt sucr\u00e9, tandis que le lait de soja donnera plus de tenue au smoothie),<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">une demi-<strong>banane<\/strong> en morceaux,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 <strong>kiwi<\/strong> (pr\u00e9alablement pel\u00e9, sinon vous risquez de boire un smoothie poilu !),<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 tranche d&rsquo;<strong>ananas<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">2 ou 3 <strong>dates<\/strong> (d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1\u00a0grosse poign\u00e9e de feuilles de <strong>cresson<\/strong> (coupez les racines et ne gardez que les feuilles tendres).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">5 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de <strong>flocons d&rsquo;avoine<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">quelques <strong>noix<\/strong> et\/ou de la <strong>poudre de coco<\/strong> (on peut aussi faire sans, mais c&rsquo;est meilleur avec et \u00e7a rend le m\u00e9lange plus homog\u00e8ne)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1\u00a0morceau de <strong>gingembre<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 jus de moiti\u00e9 de <strong>citron vert<\/strong> (si vous n&rsquo;en avez pas, le jaune fera l&rsquo;affaire)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de <strong>sirop d&rsquo;agave<\/strong> ou de <strong>miel<\/strong> pour sucrer le tout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mixez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit compl\u00e8tement homog\u00e8ne. S&rsquo;il est trop concentr\u00e9, ajoutez un peu de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal.
