Comme \u00e7a, vous n&rsquo;aurez plus d&rsquo;excuse ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Jambes lourdes, douloureuses et gonfl\u00e9es le soir : d&rsquo;o\u00f9 \u00e7a vient ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3><em>Le constat du soir<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour remettre les choses dans leur contexte : j&rsquo;\u00e9tais encore salari\u00e9e, les bars \u00e9taient ouverts le soir et je d\u00e9valais les rues de Paris en escarpins vernis pour boire des coups et danser. Avant de sortir, je repassais chez moi, prenais une douche br\u00fblante fa\u00e7on homard en \u00e9bullition et utilisais un chausse-pied pour enfiler mes escarpins vernis. Mes pieds ressemblaient \u00e0 deux pattes de Hobbits joufflus (sans les poils) et mes orteils \u00e0 dix petites saucisses cocktail toutes roses. Et si je pensais (en toute mauvaise foi) que faire des allers-retours bureau-machine-\u00e0-caf\u00e9-photocopieuse \u00e9tait synonyme de \u00ab\u00a0faire du sport\u00a0\u00bb, j&rsquo;oubliais que <a href=\"https:\/\/walleriana.com\/mag\/pietinements-et-jambes-lourdes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pi\u00e9tiner repr\u00e9sentait le pire des exercices&nbsp;anti jambes lourdes<\/a> ! Voici donc comment j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre en place une <strong>petite routine simple<\/strong>, compos\u00e9e d&rsquo;<strong>exercices rapides anti jambes lourdes<\/strong>, \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter tout au long de la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Jambes lourdes au travail : posture, \u00e9tirements &amp; relaxation pour am\u00e9liorer sa circulation veineuse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><em>1\u00b0 Surveiller sa posture et sur\u00e9lever ses pieds pour soulager les jambes lourdes<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">\u00c9vitez au maximum que votre corps ne soit \u00ab\u00a0cass\u00e9 en deux\u00a0\u00bb. Pas facile lorsqu&rsquo;on est assise, me direz-vous&#8230; Pour se faire, <strong>sur\u00e9levez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les pieds sur un repose-pieds<\/strong> (des catalogues un peu \u00e9pais ou des ramettes de papiers font aussi l\u2019affaire). Cet exercice d\u00e9gourdira les jambes et fera travailler les muscles des mollets en douceur. Le retour veineux le long des gambettes sera alors am\u00e9lior\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><em><span class=\"s3\">3\u00b0 Faire rouler une balle sous les pieds<\/span> pour relancer la circulation veineuse<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Dans un premier temps, faites des <strong>petits mouvements circulaires<\/strong> avec la balle sous vos pieds. Puis encha\u00eenez avec des <strong>mouvements de droite \u00e0 gauche, et d&rsquo;avant en arri\u00e8re<\/strong>, en bougeant seulement les jambes sur la balle. <strong>La balle doit circuler sous le pied<\/strong>, en passant des orteils au talon, car ce sont ces points strat\u00e9giques qui favorisent une bonne circulation veineuse.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><em>4\u00b0 <span class=\"s3\">Faire travailler les muscles des cuisses<\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\"><strong>\u00c9cartez les genoux l&rsquo;un de l&rsquo;autre en exer\u00e7ant une pression<\/strong> comme si des poids les maintenaient coll\u00e9s. Faites ensuite de m\u00eame en les rapprochant comme si des aimants oppos\u00e9s les emp\u00eachaient de se toucher. Ses mouvements feront, encore une fois, travailler les muscles, et permettront une meilleure circulation du sang dans les jambes. Qui plus est, <strong>ce petit exercice est&nbsp;aussi bon pour notre cher popotin&nbsp;<\/strong>(imaginez un peu le fessier de r\u00eave si vous le faites tous les jours) !<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"p2\"><em>5\u00b0 R<span class=\"s3\">espirer profond\u00e9ment par le ventre<\/span><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s2\">Cela permet de se <strong>lib\u00e9rer des petites tensions <\/strong>accumul\u00e9es pendant la journ\u00e9e et&nbsp;<strong>relance&nbsp;la circulation du sang <\/strong>\u00e0 tous les niveaux en oxyg\u00e9nant les cellules.
