N\u00e9anmoins, s\u00e9ch\u00e9e et rap\u00e9e, la noix de coco est un tr\u00e8s bon <strong>coupe faim<\/strong> et, de par sa richesse en fibres alimentaires, permet de lutter contre la constipation et les maladies cardio-vasculaires. Enfin, elle est une tr\u00e8s bonne <strong>source de fer et de magn\u00e9sium<\/strong> (surtout lorsqu&rsquo;elle est dess\u00e9ch\u00e9e ou sous forme de lait).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><em>La noix de p\u00e9can<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La noix de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale est riche en antioxydants, en acides gras polyinsatur\u00e9s, ainsi qu&rsquo;en om\u00e9ga-3. Pour faire court, les acides gras polyinsatur\u00e9s font partie de ce que l&rsquo;on appelle \u00ab\u00a0les bons gras\u00a0\u00bb. Ils jouent un r\u00f4le positif dans la <strong>pr\u00e9vention des risques cardio-vasculaires<\/strong> et la <strong>diminution du\u00a0cholest\u00e9rol sanguin<\/strong>. On peut donc en consommer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sans risque (si l&rsquo;on n&rsquo;est pas allergique !). Mix\u00e9e dans le smoothie, c&rsquo;est un d\u00e9lice !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration du smoothie framboise coco noix de p\u00e9can<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Rincez soigneusement&nbsp;les framboises.<\/li><li>D\u00e9coupez la demi banane et jetez les morceaux dans le blender avec les framboises.<\/li><li>Ajoutez 20 centilitres de lait de riz&nbsp;et mixez une premi\u00e8re fois.<\/li><li>Incorporez ensuite une poign\u00e9e de noix de p\u00e9can et 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe&nbsp;de flocons d\u2019avoine&nbsp;(pas plus car les flocons d&rsquo;avoine&nbsp;gonflent et peuvent rendre&nbsp;votre smoothie solide&nbsp;!).<\/li><li>Ajoutez 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Les framboises, les noix de p\u00e9can et la coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e contribuent \u00e0 sucrer naturellement votre smoothie.
