Certaines m\u2019avaient fait part de leurs r\u00e9ticences et doutes face \u00e0 une boisson de couleur verte, mais les quelques t\u00e9m\u00e9raires suffisamment curieuses face \u00e0 l\u2019adversit\u00e9\u00a0n\u2019avaient pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9\u00e7ues du r\u00e9sultat ! Je tente \u00e0 nouveau ma chance avec un smoothie poire banane dattes plus accessible (notamment en terme de couleur !) qui ravira les gourmandes (et gourmands).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les fruits de saison \u00e9tant peu nombreux au mois de mars, on manque parfois d\u2019imagination\u00a0:\u00a0la saison des cl\u00e9mentines est termin\u00e9e, et celle des fraises et autres fruits tr\u00e8s color\u00e9s n\u2019a pas encore commenc\u00e9 (bien que l\u2019on en trouve d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur les \u00e9talages\u2026). J\u2019avais donc tr\u00e8s envie de partager mon coup de coeur bien-\u00eatre du moment : le smoothie poire banane et dattes au lait d\u2019amande. Un petit bonheur pour r\u00e9veiller ses papilles de bon matin !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><u>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 5 minutes.<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 avoir sous la main<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>une\u00a0<strong>poire\u00a0<\/strong>(ok, la poire en mars, ce n\u2019est pas vraiment au top pour les fruits de saison. Sa pelure contiendrait un apport non n\u00e9gligeable en\u00a0antioxydants (attention tout de m\u00eame \u00e0 bien la rincer avant).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>D\u00e9noyautez les dattes\u00a0<\/strong>et coupez-les en petits morceaux (car \u00e0 moins d\u2019avoir un blender de professionnel, de trop gros morceaux\u00a0risquent de mal se mixer). La datte s\u00e9ch\u00e9e, lorsqu\u2019elle n\u2019est pas enduite de sirop pour sa conservation, est naturellement sucr\u00e9e, et est une tr\u00e8s bonne\u00a0<strong>source de fibres et d\u2019antioxydants<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Ajoutez 20 centilitres de lait d\u2019amande et mixez une premi\u00e8re fois !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><em>Des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pour faciliter le transit ;)<\/em><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Incorporez ensuite les graines de lin et les flocons d\u2019avoine\u00a0(attention \u00e0 ne pas en mettre trop, les flocons d\u2019avoine ont tendance \u00e0 gonfler et peuvent faire de votre smoothie un v\u00e9ritable g\u00e2teau solide !).\u00a0<strong>Les graines de lin\u00a0<\/strong><strong>facilitent le transit intestinal<\/strong>\u00a0et sont une tr\u00e8s bonne\u00a0<strong>source\u00a0d\u2019om\u00e9ga 3<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Les flocons d\u2019avoine, quant \u00e0 eux, permettent d\u2019atteindre une sensation de sati\u00e9t\u00e9 rapide, \u00e9vitant ainsi les fringales entre les repas. Dans le cadre d\u2019un\u00a0<strong>r\u00e9gime amaigrissant<\/strong>, il est donc recommand\u00e9 d\u2019en prendre au petit d\u00e9jeuner.
