Avouez-le, combien de fois l&rsquo;avez-vous trouv\u00e9 au pied de votre lit le matin ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-la-methode-a-suivre-surelever-les-pieds-de-votre-lit\"><em>La m\u00e9thode \u00e0 suivre : sur\u00e9lever les pieds de votre lit<\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour permettre au sang de circuler harmonieusement dans tout le corps pendant votre sommeil, il est donc pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de sur\u00e9lever les pieds de votre lit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelques centim\u00e8tres seulement suffisent pour am\u00e9liorer sensiblement sa circulation veineuse.
