Entorses \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, foulures, manque de temps aussi, peuvent nous inciter \u00e0 oublier de faire travailler nos gambettes. Pourtant, ces derni\u00e8res nous permettent de marcher, courir, bref, nous d\u00e9placer au quotidien. Sans elles, nous serions bien en peine ! On essaye donc d\u2019en prendre soin avec ces quelques petits exercices tout simples.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Assis, on assouplit ses chevilles<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A faire chez soi ou au travail, ces quelques mouvements se r\u00e9alisent tout simplement lorsque on est assis. On fait 3 s\u00e9ries de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 et on pose !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour am\u00e9liorer d&rsquo;autant plus la stabilit\u00e9 des articulations, <strong>on peut r\u00e9aliser cet exercice avec une balle de tennis sous le pied<\/strong>. Le bonus ? En enlevant ses chaussures, on profite d&rsquo;un petit massage de la vo\u00fbte plantaire qui va <strong>relancer la circulation sanguine !<\/strong>\u00a0<em>(Cf : notre article sur les <a href=\"https:\/\/mag.walleriana.com\/exercices-anti-jambes-lourdes-a-faire-au-travail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">exercices anti jambes lourdes \u00e0 faire au travail<\/a>)<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>On \u00e9crit l\u2019alphabet avec le gros orteil pour renforcer les chevilles fragiles (2)<\/em><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cet exercice para\u00eet simple comme \u00e7a, mais il est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 bien plus complexe qu\u2019il n\u2019y para\u00eet !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toujours assis, le dos droit, <strong>on dessine sur le sol les lettres de l\u2019alphabet en majuscules en utilisant son gros orteil comme s\u2019il s\u2019agissait d\u2019un stylo<\/strong>. On attaque par le pied droit, puis l\u2019on passe au pied gauche avant de recommencer en dessinant les lettre de l\u2019alphabet en minuscules.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apr\u00e8s cet exercice, nos chevilles nous parlent et ce n\u2019est pas plus mal ;) Cela signifie qu&rsquo;on les a bien fait travailler !<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chevilles &amp; mollets : on ne manque pas de les \u00e9tirer<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les \u00e9tirements sont un moyen efficace d\u2019assouplir les tendons et ainsi, de renforcer les chevilles fragiles. Pour plus d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9, on fait comme si une force invisible poussait notre pied \u00e0 l&rsquo;oppos\u00e9. Cette r\u00e9sistance imaginaire rend alors l&rsquo;exercice plus difficile.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Chacun de ces mouvements doit bien \u00e9videmment \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 <strong>avec douceur<\/strong>, surtout si l&rsquo;on a tendance \u00e0 se faire des entorses \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un peu d\u2019\u00e9quilibre pour renforcer les chevilles fragiles<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les exercices d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre, ou <strong>proprioception<\/strong>, sont <strong>fortement recommand\u00e9s pour renforcer les chevilles fragiles<\/strong>. (5)<\/em><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En \u00e9quilibre sur une gambette<\/strong>, on monte l\u2019autre jambe tendue sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 et on r\u00e9alise le <strong>mouvement du ciseau<\/strong>. On encha\u00eene une s\u00e9rie de 10 au rythme le plus lent possible avant de changer de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On exerce ensuite le m\u00eame mouvement mais cette fois-ci, <strong>genou fl\u00e9chi<\/strong> !<\/p>\n<h3><em>On adopte la pause du danseur, avec gr\u00e2ce de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence ;) (6)<\/em><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfin, debout sur un coussin, jambe gauche en \u00e9quilibre, on <strong>am\u00e8ne la jambe droite fl\u00e9chie vers l\u2019arri\u00e8re<\/strong>. Une fois l&rsquo;exercice r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s, <strong>on recommence yeux ferm\u00e9s<\/strong> !
