L\u2019id\u00e9al serait de consommer <strong>1,5 litres d\u2019eau par jour<\/strong> minimum (plus si l\u2019on pratique une activit\u00e9 sportive).<\/p>\n<h3><em>Hydrater sa peau : on pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les huiles naturelles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales aux cr\u00e8mes \u00ab\u00a0miracles\u00a0\u00bb pas du tout miraculeuses ;)<\/em><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On pense \u00e0 <strong>hydrater sa peau chaque jour<\/strong> apr\u00e8s la douche. Les <strong>huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales naturelles<\/strong> sont id\u00e9ales dans ce cas (type <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2H4kOlN\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">huile d&rsquo;avocat bio<\/a>, ou de <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/39pzwAh\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">jojoba<\/a>). On les pr\u00e9f\u00e8re aux cr\u00e8mes bourr\u00e9es de produits chimiques qui vantent la disparition miraculeuse de la cellulite en trois applications !<\/p>\n<h3><em>On masse ses jambes du bas vers le haut pour relancer la circulation<\/em><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lorsqu\u2019on applique son huile ou sa cr\u00e8me, on pense \u00e0 <strong>bien masser du bas vers le haut<\/strong> et \u00e0 insister sur les zones \u00ab\u00a0critiques\u00a0\u00bb.
