Alors mieux vaut \u00e9viter les d\u00e9ambulations interminables et <a href=\"https:\/\/mag.walleriana.com\/2015\/11\/23\/les-5-bienfaits-de-la-marche\/\" target=\"_blank\">opter plut\u00f4t pour les longues balades rythm\u00e9es.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pourquoi les pi\u00e9tinements sont-ils les ennemis de nos gambettes ?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour toute adepte du shopping que nous sommes, il faut savoir que <strong>les pi\u00e9tinements ne sont pas les amis de nos jambes<\/strong> (au m\u00eame titre que les chaussures \u00e0 talons, mais j&rsquo;y reviendrai plus tard). Lorsque l&rsquo;on pi\u00e9tine, le sang a tendance \u00e0 stagner dans les parties basses, donc principalement dans nos petites gambettes, et ce, du fait de la gravit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour toute personne travaillant debout toute la journ\u00e9e (notamment les m\u00e9tiers de serveuse, d&rsquo;h\u00f4tesse ou encore vendeuse), le danger est donc de voir appara\u00eetre, \u00e0 plus ou moins long terme, des troubles veineux plus graves (<strong>impatiences*<\/strong>, <strong>varices**<\/strong>, ou encore <strong>phl\u00e9bite***<\/strong>). A court terme, <strong>jambes lourdes et gonfl\u00e9es<\/strong> apparaissent comme l&rsquo;une des cons\u00e9quences directes des pi\u00e9tinements excessifs.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">On dit Non aux pi\u00e9tinements, Oui aux longues balades !<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\">Pour compenser cette heure que l&rsquo;on aura pass\u00e9e \u00e0 fl\u00e2ner dans les rayons et \u00e0 tourner en rond, une bonne demi-heure de marche (minimum) \u00e0 un rythme soutenu permettra aux muscles des jambes de se raffermir et ainsi de maintenir les vaisseaux sanguins pour un <b>meilleur retour veineux<\/b>. Le sang est propuls\u00e9 dans les veines gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;action des muscles qui jouent le r\u00f4le de pompe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ainsi, crapahuter d&rsquo;un pas assur\u00e9 est synonyme de bien-\u00eatre pour nos gambettes. Qui plus est, notre fessier n&rsquo;en sera que plus heureux, alors autant faire d&rsquo;une pierre deux coups et se lancer avec de bonnes chaussures !<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour celles et ceux que cela int\u00e9resserait, j&rsquo;ai d&rsquo;ailleurs r\u00e9dig\u00e9 un article sur ce th\u00e8me : <a href=\"https:\/\/mag.walleriana.com\/2015\/11\/23\/les-5-bienfaits-de-la-marche\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u00ab\u00a0tout ce qu&rsquo;il faut savoir sur les bienfaits de la marche\u00a0\u00bb<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Quelques\u00a0termes barbares de la circulation veineuse \u00e0 conna\u00eetre (ou pourquoi pi\u00e9tiner n&rsquo;est vraiment pas une bonne id\u00e9e)<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\"><strong>&#8211; jambes lourdes :\u00a0<\/strong>sensations d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables qui se propagent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en partant du genou, jusqu&rsquo;aux chevilles. Douleurs et impression de lourdeur dans les jambes traduisent une circulation veineuse d\u00e9ficiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\"><strong>&#8211; impatiences chroniques *\u00a0<\/strong>: besoin incessant de bouger les jambes, qui appara\u00eet principalement lorsque l&rsquo;on reste longtemps immobile, et se caract\u00e9rise par l&rsquo;envie irr\u00e9pressible de gambader, suspendre ses jambes au plafond ou encore s&rsquo;\u00e9tirer !<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\">&#8211; apparition de veines \u00e0 la surface des jambes, principalement des mollets (vous savez, le r\u00e9seau autoroutier, plus commun\u00e9ment connu sous le doux nom de <strong>varicosit\u00e9s<\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\">&#8211; <strong>varices **<\/strong>\u00a0: ces grosses veines bleues qui font coucou en relief sur nos mollets et cuisses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\">&#8211; <strong>phl\u00e9bite ***<\/strong>\u00a0: caillot de sang qui se forme dans les veines des mollets.
